Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.

Overselling Policies
In the event that the Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted by the consumer with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel, on its own account, will find suitable alternatives to supplement the contracted service, which are at least equal to or better than the benefits originally contracted.

The Hotel will pay for one night including taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be offered free transportation to the new Hotel.

The guest will be provided with at least one free call to their home or office.
